aiXtrusion GmbH

In 2003 aiXtrusion has been founded as a spin off of the IKV Aachen. We are active on the market to support machine manufacturers and processing companies to analyse and optimise their extrusion processes. The used simulation programs and models were mostly developed at the IKV. They are exclusively distributed, supervised and maintained by aiXtrusion. If required, enhancements as well as customisations are offered together with the IKV.

Complementary to the simulation based process analysis, aiXtrusion offers the development of special machinery from desgin to realisation. This includes quality control and reliability by data analysis and industrial image processing. aiXtrusion provides services ranging from electrical cabinets and automation control to data aquisition systems as well as the the installation of diverse camera systems, a digital hub based on cloud technolgy and m+J1:J3
