With innovative technologies and psychology, we have reinvented knowledge management in production. Our self-learning assistance system MADDOX makes empirical knowledge available at all times and raises production efficiency to a new level. To do this, the software uses machine learning to recognize characteristic patterns in machine data for a specific malfunction situation and links them to knowledge entries. This enables MADDOX to automatically suggest suitable solutions in the event of a production malfunction without the need for a search. In this way, as a spin-off of the Fraunhofer IVV Research Institute in Dresden, we have been pursuing the goal since 2019 of placing people with their unique abilities at the center of production optimization again.
