Cirplus is an end-to-end procurement platform for recycled plastics and plastic waste, enabling the future of sustainable global plastics supply. It is the world's first digital platform connecting waste owners, recyclers, converters and brands with the goal of building resilient supply chains for the scaled use of high quality recycled plastics. Vertical integration into the entire purchasing or sales process creates a transparent and traceable market for recycled plastics according to the guiding principle of a resource-saving circular economy. In order to create a common understanding and trust in the material quality of recyclates, which has been fluctuating up to now, Cirplus initiated, financed and created DIN SPEC 91446, the world's first standard for high-quality plastics recycling and digitalization.
